This smudge combines White Sage and Eucalyptus into one bundle. Eucalyptus is derived from an evergreen tree. It is traditionally used to cleanse the air of negative and stagnant energy as well as sickness and toxins. When burned during spiritual ceremonies, Eucalyptus is said to relieve mental exhaustion, heal regrets and worries, and stimulate fresh energy to matters of concern. White Sage has been considered a sacred, cleansing, purifying, and protective plant for hundreds of years. It’s an evergreen perennial shrub found mainly in the coastal sage scrub habitat of Baja & Southern California, on the western edges of the Mojave & Sonoran deserts.
