Palo Santo means “Holy Wood” in Spanish — and it has been used in South American spiritual traditions for centuries.
Burned similarly to a sage smudge stick, Palo Santo fills a space with a warm, woody, slightly sweet smoke that is deeply grounding and calming. South American shamans burned it during ceremonies to clear energy and invite sacredness and mindfulness into a space. From the Incan tradition, it was considered both cleansing and sacred.
Each bundle contains 3 sticks. To use: light the tip of a stick, allow it to catch flame for 30 seconds, then gently blow it out. Move through your space, letting the smoke drift where you want it. Rest the stick in a fireproof dish or smudge holder when done.
Sold in bundles of 3.
