All order are shipped via Canada Post and may take up to three days to prepare and packaged. Delivery times will depend on your location, you will be sent a tracking number for your order

We want you to be pleased with the products and services you receive. And we also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. To that end, due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we do offer refunds if you are not satisfied with the product.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours (3 days) of receipt of the damaged product with a photo.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. Such refund will be provided as a credit to the credit card or PayPal account used at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund. If in the rare instance the product needs to be returned, you should send it to Box 3593 Mission, BC. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
